  • Reply HELP for assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • Property Managers: Analytics and conversation summaries (not full message content) are shared with the property manager who operates your community's Saba service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS message content with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is only used to provide the Saba service and will not be disclosed to third parties except as described above.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

  • SMS message content is retained for up to 12 months for service improvement and support purposes.
  • Account information is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
